Events
At each of our three museums there are different events to suit everyone, many of them have a theme related to the specialist areas represented by the collection items on display there.
In Leeds, not only can you see live horse shows, including jousting, but also falconry displays and live combat by knights in shining armour. There are also special exhibitions too.
At Fort Nelson there are big guns to see and hear. A field gun is fired every day on the parade ground as well as on special firing days. There are also large scale military tattoos, fly pasts and even underground Halloween events just for the kids.
The Tower of London offers visitors the opportunity to visit the home of the Royal Armouries in the White Tower. There are special handling areas of objects and other interactives, as well as special exhibitions.
To find out what’s on near you select a museum from the menu, regular events are in the menu while the next five special events are shown below. All events can be found through the events calendar.
